Fees
We offer fixed fees for will drafting from £80 for a single will and from £120 for a joint will.
If your circumstances require inheritance tax planning we will be able to provide an indication of the likely cost following a consultation. We can do so during a fixed fee interview, the charge for which will be waived if we are subsequently instructed in the preparation of your will.
The fees charged for acting as executors, or on their behalf, are dependant upon the size of the estate and its complexity.
