My legal complaint hasn’t been resolved, what can I do?

If Burroughs Solicitors have not been able to provide a resolution to your complaint, turn to the Legal Ombudsman, who will be able to handle your case.

Before your complaint is underway with the Legal Ombudsman, they will have to see to it that you have tried to find a solution with your initial council, at Burroughs Solicitors. If you have done so, the Legal Ombudsman will be able to take on your case. Do be mindful that you must take your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of your final correspondence with Burroughs Solicitors.
